Need a Certified copy of a Title Deed for winding up estates, divorce proceedings or any other purpose. You can now get a Certified copy from the Cape TownPretoriaJohannesburgMpumalanga, Bloemfontein, Kimberley and Pietermaritzburg Deeds Offices.

This is the same document as the one for Information Purposes but certified under Sect 66 of the Deeds Registration Act. 

NOTE: All Title Deed Documents will have For Information Only on it. These are the only documents the Deeds Office issues. The document will be ordered from the Deeds Office. Our couriers pick up the documents on a weekly basis. This will then be couriered to our offices where we will courier it to you. When we receive the document we will send you a scanned copy in the meantime.
